混合云的预测
12月4日消息，Gartner最新预测，到2025年，全球终端用户在公有云服务上的支出将从2024年的5957亿美元增长至7234亿美元。
Gartner研究副总裁Sid Nag表示：“人工智能（AI）技术在IT和业务运营中的应用正在不断加强云计算在支持业务运营和成果方面的作用。随着云用例不断增加，分布式云环境、混合云环境、云原生环境以及跨云框架支撑的多云环境日益受到关注，使得公有云服务市场将在2025年实现21.5%的增长。”
Gartner预测，到2027年，90%的企业机构将采用混合云方法，而明年最迫切需要解决的生成式人工智能（GenAI）挑战将是混合云环境的数据同步。
总体而言，预计到2025年，云市场的所有细分市场都将实现两位数增长。基础设施和运营（I&O）领导者需要应对压力，将I&O有效整合到GenAI战略中，并为在边缘运行AI和GenAI基础设施做好准备。
特定行业和垂直领域的GenAI模型需要经过高级训练、推理和微调，它们都是经过精心设计、私有且安全的模型，这些模型的增长将继续推动全球公有云服务支出的增长。
到2025年，越来越多的企业机构将被云基础设施和平台服务（CIPS）产品的效率吸引。Gartner将CIPS 市场定义为全功能平台，其中的IaaS和 PaaS 功能以集成云服务的形式提供。
Nag表示：“企业机构选择 CIPS，是因为当今的工作负载十分复杂，他们希望通过集成平台来简化开发、部署和运营。采用多云策略的企业机构仍在增长，这也推动了对CIPS的支出。”
此外，跨云集成框架（CCIF）使得多云成为现实，这将成为推动CIPS市场增长的一大关键因素。例如，企业机构将需要跨云联合的GenAI 能力服务于高级AI工作负载和用例。
Gartner预测，到2025年，终端用户在CIPS上的支出将增长24.2%，达到 3010 亿美元。同年，CIPS产品预计将占到IaaS和PaaS IT支出的 72%，较2022 年的 70%略有增长。
数字经济发展规划
国务院关于印发“十四五”数字经济发展规划的通知中更是指出，要大力推进产业数字化转型，加快企业数字化转型升级。鼓励和支持互联网平台、行业龙头企业等立足自身优势，开放数字化资源和能力，帮助传统企业和中小企业实现数字化转型。推行普惠性“上云用数赋智”服务，推动企业上云、上平台，降低技术和资金壁垒，加快企业数字化转型。
